What kinds of questions should I ask at a job interview?

When the interviewer asks if I have any questions what could I say? I always get stumped because usually they tell me everything I pretty much need to know.

Who do you think is your bigger competitor?

What do you think will be your biggest challenges/opportunities in the next year or so?

Is my position a replacement or new? (what you want to find out: is there growth in the company are people are quitting....)

And ALWAYS ask at least one question.
