It happens ~ could be ingrown hair ~ could be some sort of a cyst ~ keep an eye on it ~ use a warm compress to help ease any pain ~ it may be a boil ~ not sure ~ But the warm compress should bring it to a head ~ do it a couple times a day ~ or soak in a tub ~ no bubble bath ~

A doctor's visit is necessary. Things it could be:

1) a pimple
2) a cyst
3) herpes
4) syphilis
5) cancer
6) a wart
7) a parasite (such as a tick)

And you do not necessarily need "sexual contact" to contract an STD. It's more rare that it is contracted a different way, but it can happen. The only one who can decide if it's something serious or if it's nothing at all is a doctor, so go.

If you have been tested for STD's and are ok it:

sounds like a Bartholin gland cyst. It happens to alot of women and it is not a STD.

Bartholin glands are two small glands located on each side of the opening of the vagina. These glands produce fluids that lubricate the opening to the vagina. If the opening to one of the glands becomes blocked, fluids may build up inside the gland, causing a painless lump called a Bartholin cyst. Bartholin cysts usually do not need treatment, it will just drain by itself naturally. Sometimes surgery may be needed to drain them. In some cases, one of the glands may become infected, causing an abscess, which may need to be drained.

It is probably just a harmless place that was irritated by your underwear, the soap you used, or from wearing a pad during your period. If it is sore, put a bit of antibiotic ointment on it. If it's itchy, use cortisone cream. If it doesn't go away in a few days, ask your doctor. It's nothing to be embarrassed about. And it's not an STD.

It could possibly be a boil, just watch it and if it turns into a blister Im sure thats what it is.Its perfectly normal and it will fester and pop eventually.Don't worry you are not nasty in the least it happens to everyone at some point in time. You have nothing to worry about since you have had no sexual contact.

It might be an irratation from the hot weather, wearing a wet bathing suit, etc. A million things could have caused it. Wear cotton underwear and wash extra well, and if it doesn't clear up in a few days, see a doctor.

If it's sore and small it may just be from heat or from shaving (If you shave brazilian). If you are not sexually active, I wouldn't be too stressed about it. Call your doctor and make an appointment or go to a walk-in clinic.. it doesn't sound like much though.

is it near the hair line?? it could be an ingrown hair... or maybe just a pimple... if you have never had sex Im pretty sure it isnt anything like a disease.. BUT stranger things have happened.. just watch it and if it doesnt go away or gets bigger or causes pain have it checked out.

It could be a harmless cyst or a friction bump. A trip to the gynecologist should ease your mind.

if you've never had any sort of sexual contact, it's probably just a pimple, but you have to ask a doctor if you actually want to know what it is.
