I dreamt last night I was in a metal institution for women who became pregnant outside of marriage only I had no baby and was not pregnant and then I met Michael Schofield (and his brother from Prison Break?!!!) and they helped me escape, there were lots of dramas and I found an abandoned baby so I left the place with it and hitched a lift with non other than Lenny Henry! Only to find he had double crossed me and put me in a car to send me back to the institute with this baby. Only Michael and his brother helped me again! and so on so on
What is it about??? Bonus though was I got to kiss Michael! Other than that it was quite stressful.
Any answers please?!! xx

Two thoughts...
One is that you love to daydream about being on those shows on tv, and live vicariously through these tv shows. You are a huge fan, and never miss an episode, and wonder what it would be like to be on one of those shows.
But when you have a dream where you put yourself in an episode, it freaks you out because you realize they have a script and you don't, and it's tough making split-second decisions!
The second thought is that fear in dreams is generally a fear in waking life. The mental institution is your brain being put through a series of stresses, and you are psychoanalyzing each and every decision you make. The 'institution for women pregnant outside of marriage' is your moral attitude that consciously you believe does not bug you but subconsciously it does, as you would not be there if it really didn't bug you. And it does not matter that you have no baby, because you are probably having or dealing with a problem you don't think you should have to deal with. So you seek escape from this problem in watching tv (hence the tv guys helping you escape and kiss!) But being sent back to the institution means you can't avoid this problem and have to deal with it whether you want to or not. And you keep trying to escape mentally and emotionally by watching tv when you wind down at bedtime.
The abandoned baby is the problem you are dealing with. A baby signifies responsibility or taking on responsibility. You may have a project you had abandoned that is turning out to be due sooner than you thought, and it was bigger than you believed. You avoided it because you didn't believe it meshed with your moral values. And your sense of responsibilty to this project is sending you back to it, but you still want to avoid it.
I say finish the project and get it over and done with. Give this project the full attention it deserves, and when it is done you will be free to watch all that tv...

Any dreams with baby in, this a very auspicious dream to have, it symbolises happiness and success in everything you do. But if a girl dreams about babies it is possible that someone is trying to seduce her.In most cases a dream about a New born baby is not a healthy sign: it suggests a strong, almost childlike dependence on your part or that of someone close to you. It also indicates that you are exhausted because of the repeated failure of something you are involved in at work, leading to a general feeling of hopelessness. If the baby is crying, it means that you can take courage because you will be helped by advice given by someone very close to you.

You sound like you're watching too much TV and taking it too seriously. Our dreams are just our subconcious mind sorting out everything we're experiencing in life. It also sounds like you are waking during REM periods and so are remembering your dreams. Are you on any kind of medication which could possibly contribute to having such vivid dreams? Try getting into a good nightime routine of relaxation before going to bed, possibly even drinking cocoa to help you sleep more soundly. Don't get stressed about dreams even though they may feel stressful at the time.
