are you wanting the Ft Drum Pass and ID office, or a Pass and ID office at a Reserve Unit? The Reserve unit might nothave people there every day, and on the weekends they may not have time to return calls.

Since you have the paperwork( I assume so at least) to get your ID, you could always drive up to the base and ask the gate gaurd for directions.. or better, stop by the Visitor's offcie and geta map. Actually, you will need to stop by the visitor's pffice anyway to get a day pass to drive onto the base.

I see someone said Fort Drum. I have pulled this from their website. The link below is contact numbers. If this doesn't get you to where you can get IDs, call the number for the Judge Advocates office at Fort Drum. Explain that you are a dependent who needs to get IDs but that all you are getting is the run around. I am sure that they will remove any obstacles but as a courtesy, make that your last resort.

Welcome to Fort Drum, Home of the 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), located in northern New York's picturesque North Country. The installation is in the middle of one of the most historically unique and geographically beautiful areas of the United States. Fort Drum is approximately 30 miles from Canada, with the Great Lakes to the west, the Adirondack Mountains to the east, and the St. Lawrence River and the Thousand Islands in between.

the only place you can recieve a military id card is on a military post the bulding should be called central inprocessing normaly most post have maps and sometimes the gate guards can steer you in the right direction just when you get on post tell them that you want to go to central inprocessing to get your id cards made they will tell you the buliding # and give you directions generaly to recieve id cards your husband has to be present to sign off on them unless you have a written power of atorney on hand they will request to see it before they will even think of processing you for id cards and and the works it is best to wake up at the crack of dawn and get down there they close around 3 pm and they have to process many people daily the earlier you are in the faster and earlier you are out.

Call your Congressional Representative, tell them the Army is not meeting your needs as the dependent of a service member. congressmen can make generals snap to attention.
