I'm a doctor and I wrote a mail for one of my friend and patient to his family in England. Is there anybody that can controll my errors and help me too send a good english mail, please?

Ciao Lorenzo, do you have a program like Word on your computer, if so activate the spelling and grammer feature, it can correct both your spelling and your grammer.
As your trying to send your mail in english you need to tell it to use the British Dictionary as a reference.
The English spoken in England is not the same as the English spoken in the US. Canadians however use the Queens English, which is why we spell some things differently in Canada then they do in the US.
So if you can't find an British dictionary then you can try the Canadian Dictionary, your spelling will be closser to that used in England then it would if you use a U.S. dictionary.

Correct is spelled wrong, there is no x in there. Control has one l at the end not two and English should be capitalized.
