A carrier for birds that is the appropriate size and money for a complete physical once a year, every year. They need a complete blood chemistry, tested for Psittacosis and vaccinated against 3 or 4 different diseases.
You also need to make sure you have a veterinarian who is a certified avian veterinarian. They require specialized care because their bodies are completely different from dogs and cats or other usual pet animals.

Tell her birtds are not hard to take care of. cause there not just blow out food cahnge water and change paper at the bottom once a day. not expensive to care of ether.
