What Happend to My bird?

I was just on the computer when i realized that one of my 3 birds were missing. I'm not sure if it's nesting in the house, or it's dead in the nesting house. Any advices?

I agree with alisha, use common sense and look for the bird. Should not be so hard to figure out.
