I have this small lump that has appeared on my arm (it is in a place with other mole) i have been to the doc's twice and he said nothing to worry about.
It has slightly changed colour and is hard.
what else can i do if the doc will not help?

Get a second opinion. Make an appointment with a dermatologist. Any change in the color, size, or shape of a mole or lump should be taken seriously.

Try going to a different doctor, or research it on the internet. Find out about it, but it's proberly nothing.

Go to another doc and request surgery if you feel uncomfortable with it still being there.

See a dermatoligist it sounds like a wart or blocked sweat gland ;)

try freezing it off. They make over the counter wart removers. I bet that would work
