Hi!
Summer is coming soon, and I want to work out...
Since I'm learning BreakDance, I need flexibility.
Can anyone give me good web site for flexibility exercises?
It would be nice if it had pictures of those exercises, too...

This is going to sound corny, but try Pilates. I swear by it! After just one week of doing a short DVD, I found myself to be super flexible. Pilates stretches and strengthens your muscles at the same time...it's excellent!
My particular DVD is only 1/2 long and it includes buns, thighs and abs.
Good luck!

Splits are not necessarily the best way to stretch your legs. It is more important to work on flexibility to get your leg up so you don't have to waste a lot of energy just bringing the legs up for a high kick. Partner stretches against the wall are great. You stand with your back and heels to the wall and your partner picks up your leg as high as you can get it and hold for a few minutes. You can stand sideways too and stretch out that way for a side kick. If you don't have a partner face the wall and prop your leg against the wall as high as you can get it. If you can do it near a door you can use the door frame to pull yourself in. With your leg propped up turn your foot you are standing on sideways to switch for side stretches. You can pull your toes down for a better stretch and when doing it sideways reach with your opposite arm over your head and try to grab your foot. Flexibility in the hips is important too. When doing body twists keep your hips facing forward and do the twists rotating your shoulders and upper body. Most people do this incorrectly and twisting the whole body. If you watch they put a lot of torque on the knees doing it this way which will lead to knee problems later. Don't laugh, but doing a belly dance thing with your hips and generating the movements from your stomach and back muscles rather than pushing your hips in a circular motion with your legs is great too. Most people can not do it and if you start out you can do side to side and front to back first before trying circular motions. The flexibility in your hips will let you generate better power with less energy from your hips by being able to launch your hips first (it's a split second thing) and letting the rest of your body follow rather than moving everything all at once.
