Ok, this is a fun one...
1) Yes, I finally got a boyfriend when I was 19 years old.
2) No he didn't care if I had a relationship before, he actually thought it was pretty cool and mature that I didn't want to be a part of the high school "drama".
3) Not dating in MS or HS does NOT affect you in dating later on. For me, it's a more mature thing to do. Because then you get the time to figure out who YOU are and what you want. You may look at all your friends who have relationships in HS and wish for one at the time, but then you see how silly they are. Whether one of your friends has a different b/f every week or one of your friends has a constant on/off b/f. Oh, and we all know that in HS boys AND girls will ditch their friends just to be with their b/f or g/f. So you can stay true to your friends and just have fun in MS or HS w/o worrying about someone else!
4) Oh heavens no! No one cared. I mean sure at times I wished I had one, but looking back, I'm VERY grateful I didnt because I was able to mature and find myself. And my friends loved it b/c then I could always pay attention to them and be there for them when they broke up w/someone or was fighting...so it's all good. To me dating in MS or HS is pathetic and needy. And it never really works out anyways!

I didn't have my first bf until after i graduated hs.
i was 18 when i started seeing my first bf.
it didn't make any difference to him that i had not had one
before.
not dating in hs definitely does not affect whether or not you
will later on. i think waiting was one of the best decisions i
have ever made. i was more mature, had way better self
esteem, and i missed all of the high school dating drama
when you are older relationships are way different. just to let you know i was 24 when i finally met the man of my dreams. we have the greatest relationship and have been together for over 6 yrs. just be patient and it will happen for you. good luck to you.

one single word in answer to all the questions. NO. because i happen to live in India and it is unthinkable to have any relationship with girls of any age. Do you belive if i say that i had never had a girl friend until now, but longing to have one all my life? besides now i am 52 and i dont think it is possible after this stage to get a girl friend who can understand me and my passions, and in return she will receive the best care she ever had. you guys and gals are lucky to live in a country where dating, partying premarital sex is not a sin. pray for me.
