From what you say, it sounds as if he isn't respectful when he's drunk. I don't think the problem here is honesty. How about finding some guy who respects you and loves you? He sounds like he is out of control when drunk, and when sober he probably would treat you badly too. I say, go elsewhere. Forget this crazy one.

As a guy, I can say that alcohol does have a tendency to make me speak my mind more honestly. However; don't put it past a guy to be full of crap either, especially if he's thinking about sex. I've got a couple friends who are actually bigger liars when they're drunk, but only when trying to get, or talking about sex. Otherwise; they tend to be more honest.

Yes, everyone is more honest. Famous anonymous quote, "A drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts."
Sorry, John Buck, just saw you already posted that.

Eveyone is more truthful when they are drunk enough. They show there true colors.Thats why so many people fight when they are drunk. They say things they wouldn't normally say sober.Don't go beleiving everything they say though even if its true they will usually denie it when they sober up.Sounds like to me he just wanted you to give it up.

They could be, but probably not. When people get drunk, they're either super happy, and everyones their best friend, or they get angry and try to start ****.

Maybe he is saying the truth, but he chose now to tell you it, because hes too embarased or something to say it when hes sober.

Dont Trust a Drunk Man! Ask him how he feels when he's sober!

Tbh it depends who they are and how drunk, sometimes although they are drunk they can still be honest. However i would recoment that you dont fully trust what they are saying because the influence of alchole can be strong so keep open minded about what is said.

He talks diry all the time?

Please, there are plenty of ''fishes'' in the sea. Don't fall into his trap.

Guys are not honest when they are drunk, sober or otherwise. The only time a guy is honest is when he is dead, and that is only because he can't talk or write.

being under the influence of a substance tends to sway judgment but also lower inhibitions. I would not take everything at face value when someone is intoxicated
