Oh my good lord! I'm so sorry this happened to you! I think you should definitely tell at least your own parents. This guy needs to get caught, or he'll never stop doing this to other girls. I know that it is really embarassing, but understand this: You didn't do anything wrong. You were only a small child, barely older than a toddler and he completely took advantage of you. You are probably worried that this will interfere with your friendship with your best friend, and unfortunately, it just might, but it's necessary for the greater good. I hope this helps, honey.

You need to tell someone-and it probably isn't too late to bring charges against him. If he did this once, he'll do it again. Just think in terms of the fact that if he is around small children again, ie-grandchildren, these kids stand the possibility of being molested.
I'm sure that this experience has hurt you or changed you in some way. Yes, this is rape/child molestation. For heaven's sake, honey-go the police or tell your parents and let them help you press charges, before he goes on to hurt someone else.
And most of all, get counseling. This WILL affect your social, family, and personal relationships to come.

Depends on your state. Most states clearly define rape as sexual intercourse, penetration of the vagina by the penis. Sexual offense would be anything other. So no it would not be "rape".
In your case it would be considered child molestation. This is far broader and is defined by anyone under the age of consent (changes state to state but on average 16) having ANY TYPE of sexual conduct with someone over the age of 21. (Again some states 18 but this is often waived in such cases as 17 yo girl, 18 yo guy). As a child cannot consent, it also doesn't matter if a 16 yo says she CHOSE to have sex with a 25 yo guy. Your parents can still charge him with rape.
There is your legal answer.

This is a case of pedophile. This is different from rape (inserting penis into vagina against consent). But this is a grave criminal act than rape. In the court of law this is more punishable crime than a rape does. Under law, any girl under 15 years of age have no statutory state of mind to give consent and have no knowledge about things as sex, and if some one is violating it, they are perverts and doing pedophile.
Being a good citizen and to be a perfect being, you should report such incident to the police and admit this to your parents. It is better late than never, because you are saving so many other victims from such monsters.

It certainly is rape. This person needs to be put away for what he did. If he isn't then he'll just keep on doing it to whoever he can gets his filthy hands on! If you are too scared to tell your family (which you should anyway) There has to be some sort of anonymous crime hot line in your city that you could at least report him to(I have done this in the past and it has worked!). Please don't feel ashamed of anything that happened, IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT!

no its not rape its child molestation, why did u wait so long to bring this up,if u were to tell your parent about this now they might think u are lying about it.u might loose your friend and the trust of your parents.then there will be an investigation which could take along time to get all the facts, people will start taking about it at your school making u feel humiliated it might kill your social life however its your choice u can tell them about it if u want but u are risking alot of things because u waited so long, take a look at it think about the life u have now is it worth it to go on living with this thing bottled up in side of u,or is it worth it to change up your entire life as u have it now.i am sorry for what happened but think about it logically because even i thought this question was a hoax when i first read it.

I hope you can talk to a therapist because it was certainly molestation. If you do ever tell your parents you need to have outside support and tactics to help even tell them and deal with all the emotions that will come out after its out in the open feelings you didn't even know will come out and you need to have someone who is not involved to talk to. That is my advise get a therapist to help you threw this.

Absolutely. That is statutory rape. A child of 5 or 6 years old is nowhere near puberty or sexual maturity and therefore cannot make decisions like this on their own. A child of that age is trusting of adults and of course will do anything an adult asks or tells them. Please confide in a trusted adult and tell your story.

YES THIS IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would tell ASAP who knows what else he is doing. You can never have a normal life if you don't. He might being doing this to other children right this moment. He stole your innocent don't let him steal someone else. Please tell, you will be surprised at how much support you will get. This monster needs to be off the street and in jail.
