What has "he" ever done? What force in the world does God use to interact with us every day?
Doesn't the universe run just fine with the forces it already has.

1) never
2) Created everything that was created (note: evil is not a "thing", but a privation of a thing).
3) His word, except it isn't "in the world".
4) But what sustains those forces? How could they run without Him?

Whoa!!! Do I detect a little "Feminist Anger" toward God??? Tough Question...NOT!!! For those who have Accepted Christ, the Holy Spirit was given to Us to be able to DIRECTLY COMMUNICATE with God, EVERY MOMENT!!! Unless I am mistaken (and I'm NOT) He gave Us All Life, (even U) as we certainly didn't "Create" ourselves out of Nothing!!! Or were U one of the many "Created" out of "Pond Scum"??? The "Universe" has "Forces"??? How did it get Them??? Oh, I get it, it did the E Bay thing & bought them from this guy in Boston right??? Last I knew, God turned this World over to Satan & Us, so maybe U should ask, "What have I done for this World???" Or maybe U want for God to put "Strings" on U and "Directly Control" Ur every Move, is that it??? John

Jesus said I will never leave you nor forsake you. Where is your faith? The force is your faith. The holy spirit,Gods spirit interact with us everyday. Why do you say does the universe run just fine with the forces it has. What do you believe? Has God abandoned "his earth"? God is...but if one has no relationship he or she can not see, because of living in darkness without trusting God how can one see. Matthew 13:13-23. Because of things not going the way we should like ,we stray from the truth. God allows things to build your character and humble you. It maybe painful and thought to be selfish. But he works all things for our good that love him and or called according to his purpose.Matthew 11:28-30. My yoke is easy and my burdens are light, learn of me! I will give rest unto your souls.

Well, He HAS said that He has created "worlds without number" and "for mine own purpose have I created them"!

But I don't reckon we are abandoned.
He still has everything under control.
Satan doesn't know it yet, but he is playing perfectly into the hands of God - especially in these Last days - as holy writ has prophesied of these terrible things in these Last Days.

God hasn't abandoned His world, why would He, He made it, He has plans for it. Even though we can't see it with are own eyes. We can't see all that God is doing or has done but soon we all will. He speaks through His word, He speaks in our hearts. He hasn't left us or forsaken us, but because we can't see all we people have Him..

I'll say this, it's been a long time since he put out some guidelines to direct the lives of his subjects. Modern life in completely incompatible with his most popular holy books.

Well, it's hard for me to say because honestly, does anyone really know who or what God is and does it/she/he/they exist? I suspect we will all know after we have left this plane of existance. Until then, all we can do is speculate.
