if we have a 100$.
and we need to go to the market and buy 100 birds.

the chicken is 5$.
the pigeon is 2$.
every 10 chicks is 1$.

but there are two rules:
1st we must spend exactly "ALLTHE 100$" to buy exactly100 bird.

the 2nd we must buy all kinds of birds (at least one of every kind)

The answer is simple. First get a gun then rob the store of a hundred birds of all types then run out of the store but leave the hundred bucks on the counter as payment for your crimes. Simple huh?
