Yes, we can alter the fate and destiny of any other organism on the Earth.
It is still important to remember we are not invulnurable to other organisms - poisonous spiders, snakes, insects, and drug resistant bacteria all have the potential to kill us all if it weren't for daily developments in science today.

I absolutely agree that man is the deadliest animal on Earth. An enormous number of living organisms are destroyed, directly or indirectly, by humans beings in pursuit of money. Early human cultures survived as all other animals do, by forming a symbiotic relationship with nature. Since the invention of money, the human species has become a deadly parasitic infestation that destroys the natural world for the sake of our own limitless greed. Nothing on Earth is safe from us.

Absolutely. I do not believe man is an animal, but by far the most deadly creature on this planet. Man has the ability to think. It seems like any device or invention has been tested or twisted to some militaristic use.
And, man hasn't yet invented or concocted any type of weapon that he has not at some time used.
Man's phasers appear to be set to kill.

No. What about a shark with a gun for a mouth?
By the way, despite what other answerers have said, man isn't the only animal that kills unnecessarily. Most animals do (eg cats).
