If you mean by that, that they can have lots of fun without alcohol, drugs and sex then ya I guess they are boring.

Last week I played the bass guitar for the Rock and Roll band at the church motorcycle race and classic car show.

I guess it was boring since I didn't have a hang over the next day. Haha

Excitement/Boredom has nothing to do with religion. There are just as many boring Atheists/Jews/Muslims/Hindus etc.

Haven't you seen the preachers preach? What is that if not exciting and passionate?
