I FOUND THAT WHEN I HAVE IT ELEVATED SWELLING GOES DOWN BUT WHEN I MOVE AROUND IT SWEELS.....WHATCAN BE DONE....AM ON MY LAST DAY FOR ORAL TREATMENT

Don't strap them. Talk to your doctor about a compression sock. It will give the correct type of pressure to keep the swelling down. This isn't something you self-treat. If you have insurance they will usually pay for the compression sock from a pharmacy. If you don't, you can get them over the counter. Please don't strap it yourself.

I had this once and I was miserable. The only advice I have is rest and keep it elevated. I was getting antibiotic shots right near the area so I never did oral treatment. Good luck I know how miserable you are right now
