Dear Lucas,
Noah's flood occurred in 4990 BC. 7 days before the flood, God told Noah to bring his family and all the animals into the ark (Genesis 7:4). In 2 Peter 3 God tells us again about the flood of Naoh's day and then transitions to the end of the world-to be destroyed by fire. In verse 8 He says something very interesting... We read, "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." 1 day=1000 years... Note that God told Noah that in 7 days the flood would come. If we multiply 7 X 1000 we get 7000 years. Now add that to 4990 BC. You arrive at 2011 AD. (1 girl told me that it add up to 2010 but she did not count "0" as a year.) It is like when we ask how many years are there between 2003 and 2005? At first glance it looks like "1" is the answer but that is not true--from 03 to 04 is 1 year and from 04 to 05 is 1 year, which makes 2 years.
Interestingly there are exactly 7000 years between 4990 BC and 2011 AD.

I do promise all and sundry will pass over the rapture because of the fact they don't qualify. Enoch became an somewhat particular guy that walked with God and on the enter planet earth in easy terms one guy did pass away interior the rapture, however the church homes enable errors to earnings so all and sundry has desire of something that may not in any respect ensue. If God isn't chatting with you some particular walk with God I promise you will not pass! Genesis 5:22 And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah 3 hundred years, and begat little toddlers:23And all the days of Enoch have been 3 hundred sixty and 5 years: 24And Enoch walked with God: and he became not; for God took him. Bible does evidently say because it became in days of Noah so shall that is interior the arrival of the Lord; ONE guy in easy terms not 1000's especially not hundreds. Noah did not rapture and he and his family participants of 8 did die latter after the flood in easy terms Enoch did rapture. as far because of the fact the Mark of the Beast back errors taught by utilizing the church homes is such which you will not pontificate till you're member of that denomination, in case you're actually not born back of Spirit and Water you have the mark of the beast you do not settle for Jesus Christ you're marked perpetually to hell and you will pass to lake of fire;Revelation 20:15 And whosoever became not found written interior the e book of existence became solid into the lake of fire. Revelation 21:27 And there shall in no sensible enter into it any element that defileth, neither in besides worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: yet they that are written interior the Lamb's e book of existence.

The origins of the doctrine of the rapture are hotly debated.
The Orthodox, mainline Protestant, and Roman Catholic churches, which represent the majority of Christians worldwide, have no tradition of such a teaching and reject the doctrine, in part because they cannot find any reference to it among any of the early Church fathers and because they interpret prophetic scriptures in an amillenialist fashion, as being more symbolic than literal.
No rapture.

No one knows the exact time, but as the fig leaf parable goes, we have been told the generation in which all the prophecies have been fulfilled, and this would be it. Beings God is a God of mercy, He's giving people a chance, and then that's it.

Believe me we are just in the end times. You must have heard of wars and rumours of wars, nations rising against nations and kingdoms against kingdoms, earthquakes and natural disasters like tsunami, hirricane rita et al. The time for rapture could be tomorrow! All the signs given by Lord Jesus are coming to pass.
I advise you live your life like it's gonna be inthe next minute

No one but God knows this. We must be watchful and ready for we know not the hour or the day. It will happen on the timetable that God has set. Anyone who says it will happen on a certain day is outright lying or doesn't have any idea of what the Bible actually says.

Am I to infer that you would like the end of the world and the destruction of most of humankind to happen sooner than later?
