Hi everyone,

A very good friend of mine is going through something very difficult. Day by day his ability to walk degrades, he has had so many tests done, including being tested for colon cancer and his doctors can't find anything wrong. He's 34 years old and lists his symtoms as tightening pain around the abdomen and tingling in his legs but not all the time. Any suggestions are welcomed.

My Dad had a compressed spine where he got worse alittle at a time. He had to learn to walk all over again after his surgery. All it takes is an MRI to find out.

I have had tingling/pins and needles for the last 7 years – lots of test no diagnoses, 5 different neurologists and 4 GP. It started in my feet and over several years progressed to 95% of my body. The pain was 24/7. At is worst it also started knocking me out for 12 to 14hr a day and made my mind very fuzzy (never able to focus). What I did was started taking a product call Immunocal (for raising glutathione), Xtra Sharp (for increased circulation) and Concentrated cheery (for sleep and pain suppressors). Today the pain is still 24/7 but it is only in the feet the mind is clear and the sleep is back to 6 to 8 hr a night.

God bless and hope this helps

If his walking is affected it could be many things. Does he have hip/leg/back pains? If not, an IAC (internal auditory canal) study with an MRI could be useful to see if there is anything going on with the equilibrium centers in his ears/brain.

One thing you friend could try is a visit to a chiropractor. If the problem is caused by pressure on one or more nerves, the chiropractor will find the problem and probably be able to stop the progression.
