I found an amazing website that told me christians don't exist! What's more, I know that it's telling the truth (because it said it was).

I've also found out, no-one can prove the website wrong! If anyone tries to tell you they're a Christian, they're evil liars sent by the devil's servers - make sure you tell them what bad people they are!

Now the website may be a few years old, and it's been added to by many different authors (some of which weren't there at the time of it first being written)...but according to religious people, that makes it a valid historical document right?

Will anyone else join me in the celebrations? We no longer have to worry about these characters of fiction anymore!

Note: Anyone wishing to find out the URL of this website, just send me £10 through paypal, that's how religion does it, right?

There are some terrible acts of blasphemy in the answer to this question!

The website has told us you don't exist, and the website (by it's own admission) speaks the truth.

For all those still pretending to be christian, stop it! You're not scaring us!

This question (at time of writing), has 10 STARS!!

If you hadn't noticed, 1 and 0 are the basis for the binary code! Coincidence? I think not!!

Well, I don't quite know what to say. I will say thanks for the two points. I hope you feel better now that you got that off your chest.

I agreed with your position for a long time, until I realized that the term "atheist" is misused. The position that you describe (refuting the existence of all diety) is typically termed "strong atheism" or "positive atheism". This particular form of atheism obviously makes unproven assumptions, and is not completely defendable. Not all atheists support this point, however. You probably already know this, but the term "atheist" is derived from the Greek word "theus", meaning "god". The prefix "a" simply means "without". Thus an atheist is a person without gods. Any person who does not believe in gods is, by definition, an atheist, whether they actively deny that gods exist or not. Thus, it is possible to be both agnostic and athiestic at the same time. This is typically termed "negative" or "weak" atheism. Like you, I normally identify myself as an agnostic, simply because the term "atheist" is so widely misused. Personally I prefer the term "fundamentalist agnostic", ie. I don't think that it's possible to answer the god question. I've been thinking about getting a bumper sticker that says, "Fundamentalist Agnostic - I don't know and you don't either!"

Ok, so as an atheist I guess your disagreement with Christianity comes from a belief that religion is all about mind control, hatred of others and all that gubbins. Well congratulations on a well thought out, mature statement you've made to prove your open mindedness, logical thought processes and not at all simplistic reading of a belief structure that's existed for thousands of years.

No, I'm not a Christian, I'm an atheist who's bored insane by other atheists making us all look like a bunch of hate mongering 14 year olds. Much as the majority of true Christians are sick of the vocal minority who are preaching the Wrath of god on all sinners for watching too much TV or something.

Seriously, get a hobby and let people live their lives how they want.

I believe! I believe!

Now, the people who call themselves Christians can be called:

Ignorant
Rebellious
Hell Bound
UnEducated

I am sure I could think of alot more things that Christians have applied to all the people who are not Christian, but I just don't have time to be that mean.

This is the best news EVER!!!

Wait. Does that mean I should also believe all the amazing claims that come unsolicited into my inbox each day? If so, I have some remarkable news for the, um, "average" guys out there.

I have a testimonial about this website, too! I have seen it, and read it, and it is the literal truth! I know this because I feel it inside my heart, so it must be true. It helped me through a very tough time when my sister was in a car accident. The hospital told me her recovery was due to all the doctors, nurses and therapists, but I know it was this website and the money I sent them.

Believe in it, people!
