Depends on what industry you're job hunting in- if you're looking for a job in a conservative field like accounting, or banking, insurance--- too radical. But they could likely be very appealing in technology fields or more "creative" fields like marketing or advertising. So the final answer is "it depends", lol.

GeeGee is right - it depends on your field.
It also depends on your geography - in CA or NY this is probably cool & cutting edge. In Montana, you'd need to wonder if they have compatible technology.
And, I don't think you want to REPLACE a more traditional resume - you want to supplement it. If I can't print something out to show my manager, it is difficult to share your info.
