I want to learn how to cook some healthy hearty meals...anybooks?Any Ideas?

Cooking Light does have hearty healthy recipes. You don't *really* need a subscription to access the site and the recipe search. Just pick up a copy at the store, and there's a code in there to allow you access.

Betty Crocker has a couple good cookbooks. "Eat and Lose Weight" and "Easy Low-Fat Cooking". I have another one called "Low Salt Cookbook", put out by the American Heart Association. Those are my current favorites.

I recommend the Better Homes & Gardens cookbook. It doesn't just have nutritional values of each recipe, but a whole section on general nutrition. Cooking Light cookbooks are pretty good for that too.

Try getting a subscription to Cooking Light magazine. It is the best for healthier meals and food ideas.

there are tons of sights on the internet you can go to for healthy food ideas. I use http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/lf_health alot when cooking for the family. :)
