It means that a major change or challenge is about to occur in your life; for good or for bad. You see our lives are predetermined at birth. Every event, every word, every nuance. Just my typing this message is predetermined.
We all know this in our inner Psyche, that's why we have the term, "gut feeling". It's really a self preservation feature build into all of us. Sometimes we act on it; sometimes we don't.
Just be prepared for a major change in your life. For you I hope its winning the lottery.

A friend of mine said deja-vu happens when the conscious mind is a bit slow at processing what just happened. The brain processes it in no time, and usually your consciousness keeps up with the pace, but sometimes it's slow.
I never thought of it that way, but it makes sense. My deja-vu's, however always occur after I had a very vivid dream about it... and I usually remember the dream as well.

When we have brand new experiences that our brain has no association for, it will pull up a similar experience that has already been stored. No, you have not been there in another life. That is really all deja vu is, our brain making sense of the new and unknown with information we already have.

Origin of Deja Vu Pinpointed
http://news.yahoo.com/s/livescience/20070607/sc_livescience/originofdejavupinpointed
It's about how MIT neuroscientist Susumu Tonegawa figures that deja vu relates to a glitch in the dentate gyrus - it's quite compelling - this guy knows his stuff. Check it out.

Feelings of déjà vu are rarely evidential or even reliable. Scenes in the present may only appear familiar because they contain some element connected with a past experience and re-activate the sensation of familiarity. Psychologists have characterized the phenomenon of false remembering as "postidentifying paramnesia."

I usto have alot of deja vu feelings. When it would happen i would feel really sick to my stomach and disorientated. It happened alot in my teenage years but rarely now. I wish i could explain why? I'm still wondering myself. But it did get really annoying.
