The only thing I can think of is perhaps the rash is a reaction to the sun. Has she been out in the sun before for long periods of time and have the rash appear? Maybe put a highter SPF sunscreen on the area where the rash appears. My dad has a rash (doesn't itch) that develops if he's in the sun for long periods of time and doesn't wear sunscreen. Could just be from the heat as well. How long does the rash last? Meaning, if she's out of the heat for some time, does it go away? My guess is a reaction to the sun though. Sorry I couldn't be of more help...

The red bumps are most likely due to shaving in the wrong direction causing the hair to "bend" to re-emerge.Try shaving with the growth of the hair or use a hair remover like Veet to remove the hair for longer.

you are damaging your hair follicles, shaving makes the ends of your hair blunt, try using a hair removing cream.

Best advice... Just keep on shaving, and shave regularly, ladies with hairy legs tend to freak men out....
