Are you on hormones for your PCOS? Sometimes that eventually helps with the hair. Laser removal is probably the best way to get rid of the hair on a permanent basis. It is hard to reduce pores and acne scars on your own as most over the counter products are not really effective. You could get dermabrasion from a dermatologist. Good luck.

Laser can remove the hair if it is thick enough. otherwise, try the Nair cream for the face. keep your skin clean with either the proactive system or Clinique's 3-step system.
