You need a diesel engine to begin with to be able to use biodiesel in it. Is your current car a diesel engine? Many people really like the old Mercedes diesels as well as Volvo's old diesels, swearing by their durability and using them to run biodiesel in. What sort of car do you drive?

No, if you are using gasoline, you can't convert to biodiesel without changing the whole engine. You can convert gas to LPG or LNG and maybe to high alcohol.

Probably not, it would need a completely new engine and fuel system.
