this is called postural hypotension. Are you taking any medication? Some drugs can cause this.

This could be a couple of things. Your blood pressure may be going low at night; try to get up slowly, especially until your body warms up a bit. It's also possible that you are dealing with low blood sugar; you can get a basic test kit at a drug store for about $20. Either way, it sounds like it's bad enough to concern you, and that's all the reason you need to go to the doctor to be checked out.

sounds like 1 of 2 things, first a migrain or allergy or an inner ear infection. None are deadly but see a DR for help.

Do you eat normal? I had eating problems (didn't eat..), and the same thing happened to me, even when i sit and stand up. If that is the problem, than i suggest to eat normally! In time it will go away.. But if you are eating ok, which i really hope you are, than forget what i said :) ;P

it may be orthostatic hypotension, are you on any new medications? if so ask your physician about it. it doesn't cost anything to call and ask. and let them know how long this has been going on also.
