Check on http://petfinder.com Click on dogs, put in the breed (if you have a preference) if not, leave that area blank, put in a zip-code of your area & hit the go button. you may also want to check http://puppyfind.com & under location put the state you are searching from. Some dogs on this site can be very expensive, but I have also seen them on there for a couple hundred!1 Good luck on your search!!!

Bulletin boards at the grocery stores are good places to find someone giving away a pet. ALso look in the newpapers. Tell your freinds that you are looking its possible they might know someone that has one to give away. Look in the vets offfice alot of times they have a bulletin board of pets seeking homes.

If money is an issue, you shouldn't even have ONE dog, let alone 2. Their vet bills are hundreds of dollars a year. Also, it's horribly rude to ask people to email you instead of checking back here for your answer.

If you check the newpapers, the are often anmals "Free to GOOD home". You cant get much cheaper than that.
If you do get one of these pets then take it to the vets to see how well they are, and maybe to get their injections.

Go to your local RSPCA. Sad people are always dumping unwanted litters of pups on them.

Petfinder is a good resource. You can also contact Petpals, if there is one in your area.
