Take a couple Advil (NOT Tylenol!), a B-12 and a B complex vitamin with water. Try to take it easy and treat it like you have the flu. Chicken soup, and an ice pack on the forehead help. The vitamins are for your liver, it needs help processing the alcohol. If you can have a bloody mary, do it. Make it with the V-8 juice. That has tons of vitamins in it.

McDonalds Egg N Cheese biscuts and a hashbrown. Gets the grease content up! Along with that maybe take 2 advil and if that doesnt work just drink some more.

The only thing you can do for a hangover is drink water and alow time to work. Your body needs time to oxidize the alcohol, and it takes .5 ounces an hour.So your just going to have to wait.

swimming alway's used to help me feel alot better, if you don't have access to a pool, then take a shower, cool preferably or bathes, finally if you have access to xanax that is a lifesafer, you will feel completely better, even a prescribtion pain medication if your on any for any reason helps hangovers alot, finally and not my recommended solution because this only leads to further problems is, start drinking then you will feel great, of course you have to continue this process over and over or your symptoms will get worse, good luck and hope you feel better

Try Solpadeine, the soluble ones - and have a sleep for an hour or so - they work wonders for me!! That and a vitamin c drink if you have a Redoxin floating around the house! And plenty water if you can stomach it...

It will take up to 12 hours to feel better. By around 3 pm you should be ok. you could try puking to get rid of any alcohol still in your stomach and maybe eat a big meal to push out the alcohol

Excedrin Migraine and a whole bunch of water. I suggest either Propel, Gatorade or other vitamin water. Then go back to bed.

You will just have to suffer for now, go get a bloody mary at lunch, you will feel much better and don't worry, it's made w/ vodka, they won't smell it on you when you get back to work.
Anyway, you probably smell like a brewery right now.
Good luck and believe me, I know the feeling.

HA! Hope it was fun! Try a banana and a doughnut (potasium and grease are both good for hangovers). And lots of water. Hope you feel better!

Gatorade, lots of fluids. If you hurl. . . you will feel better.
Ice cold water will help with that. You will just have to sleep it off with some pain reliever, tums, pepto bismal, or alka seltzer. Saltines help too if you can keep them down. Good Luck !
