Without more details, all it means is you're having recurrent dreams of being in water.

That depends on a lot of things. You could be working through fears of water or list goes on. I have dreams that I'm flying all the time. I have no idea if it means anything or not. Everyone has a different opinion on that.

Try drinking water before going to sleep. Sometimes the mind conjures up the image in a dream of what the body needs in sleep. Maybe you get thirsty in your sleep or maybe you feel very hot and feel the need to cooling down and hence water. Just guessing.

God can help you understand dreams more clearly. Ask him the meaning of it. Maybe ask him to show you again and make it more clear. Clearly if the dream is from God he is trying to communicate with you and wants to interact. Also I would need to know more to try and understand and even then couldn't guarantee I would understand except I was suddenly given some unusual understanding of it myself as Daniel prayed and had the Nebuchadnezzar's dream

Water is a symbol of safety and well being, for some! You could be among them: you are reasonably comfortable in life, and are happy!
