what doe this phrase mean i know it's in a different language can someone help me plz.

It's a bit mispelled but understandable Portuguese.
It should be corrected into
"Beijos de boa noite para minha menina"
and it translates into English as
"Kisses of goodnight for my girl (or baby)".

It's Portuguese and means "good night kisses to my girl".

this prhase was written incorrectly. the corrct is "beijos de boa noite para minha menina". its portuguese, no doubt!
it means: kisses of good night to my girl!

Portuguese, maybe Brazilian Portuguese. "Beijos" means "kisses", and "noite" is "night".

Kisses of (hoa) night (pra) my (Memina).

Hoa, Pra and Memina are elusive to to me. Maybe accents are missing and it's just not connecting in my brain?
