Riegan, try a little bit of BOTH. Get the car a tune up, change the oil, do everything that can be done, mechanically for the vehicles emmissions system. After that's all done then simply PRAY that it will be enough to pass the test. A little flirting and pleading to the testing person couldn't hurt either.

Why don't you try putting some octane boost from the local auto parts store in the gas tank that says that it lowers emissions on the can, drive it around enough for it to get to the engine and make sure the car is tuned up as best as it can be with new spark plugs and a clean air filter and pray about it.

If that works you can say that a Christian was sent by God to help you out. :o)

Convert to what? Christianity or natural gas . If you converted to christianity and your car passed it would be the only genuine miracle ever, always assuming that it had previously failed. If you are talking natural gas then yes it would pass the E test and you could run very economicaly by digesting bibles in a compostor and collecting the methane gas.

Unfortunately, not even God can make it pass. Those E tests were stopped in the US because the results were so arbitrary. Sometimes a vehicle would fail at one location and pass at another, there was no rhyme or reason to it. Good luck though.

No.

And if this is your idea of "converting" then your firebird should be a convertible.

Try getting your car a tune up, and change the oil right before testing.

You cannot give God a condition. If you truly want to obey God, do it with a whole heart. God is so much more than your firebird. I hope you have a genuine motive to follow Him.

Pray to Mother Teresa. I heard that she drove a Firebird around Calcutta.
