what happens if you don't run for two days in a row. i normally only take off Sun but i took off sat too.

You'll just have more rest time, that's all. If you're just starting a training program, you ideally should take no more than one day off. But if you're getting ready for a race in the near future, this is great, as you're tapering and keeping your legs fresh.

I almost never run two days in a row. Your body actually uses the days off for recovery. Your performance quite possibly might improve if you don't run every day, but use the off days to do some strength or cross training.

Nothing, its good to rest sometimes. If im feeling sore sometimes i take off 4 days at a time. Run when you can and rest when you have to.

metabolic rate slows down but muscles get more "rest". you could alternate between running and other (less strenuous) exercises to make it more interesting...if you're worried about skipping exercise altog for 1-2 days....

i dont think theres going to be any prob. other than the fact u have more energy than usual.
