That they are comfortable with you on a certain level, but they don't feel they can go to a sexual level.

hmmmmm in a way yes an in away no its good and bad it means they do respect you alot and it means they feel comfortable being your friend but if women dont see you in a sexual way then it means they dont feel the want to be with you (if you no what i mean) dont worry about it im 17 and no one finds me attractive at all let alone in a sexual way all my friends have gfs but me but i learn to cope with you i hope this helps you if not sorry :(

It means we dont fancy you and that we look at you as just a friend or brother type figure. That we do not want to be sexually / romantically in a realtionship with you!

does'nt mean they wont be your friend but if you want more you're barking up the wrong tree and will only end up miserable if you think an relationship will develop over time
if she has said she does'nt see you in a sexual way it means she definately doesnt fancy you.
