Tri winning one or save up. SAVING:(This may not work for everyone) Try asking for a reasonable amount of money (ex:$22) from every family member (grandparents, aunt's & ungles, etc.). Birthdays & Holidays are the best times. Trust me, getting $100 is easy when you have family, but don't ask too much or thay may find out what your doing, and it may not be good to get it on EBAY, sometimes the price gets higher.

i had that same problem. like i wus too young to get a job and no one would buy it for me. so i just got a little job around the house make about $20 a week, and i saved up that summer. during the school year i got good grades and didnt get in trouble and was a good boy at home, so me and my dad went to best buy to buy one last february. i only had $350 saved up, but my dad decided to pay the rest to reward me. i know it sounds kind of weird but it worked for me and it might just work for you so its worth a try.

ps: if you cant find a job at home, then try selling stuff that you dont like online or maybe a yard sale. thats how i got games for it.

I have some good news if price is the problem. Sony has been saying that they might refine the price to about 300 or 400 bucks

so save up that much or just trade in your old video games for credit towards that or finally look at barnes and noble.com they were selling them at launch.

Get a job and save up for it. I am assuming you live with your parents. Obviously they have more important things to spend their money on (like feeding and clothing you!!!!) Think of how proud you will be of yourself knowing that you bought and paid for it yourself.

My son used one of those used game/movie rental places. He took old games in for store credit, allowed his credit to build up, then he'd buy gently used, systems and accessories.

get a job and save some money, maybe if your parents see the effort you are putting into it they will split the cost with you. good luck.
