I am not able to find the specific requirements for the Dubai Consulate but have found it on the website of the Philippine Embassy in Singapore.
Geez, too much paperwork to be accomplished. I suggest that you both go back to the Philippines and get married there. You will have the company of your relatives and friends too. Not to mention there is less paperwork. Here is the link for you. Oh by the way, congratulations in advance!**

u better go to Philippine Embassy in Dubai and complete all the paperworks. It is harder for Filipinos to marry in a foreign land because they need to have all the necessary documents (as mentioned above by the other member), and a legal capacity to marry which can be obtained from the embassy.

Another thing, the personal laws of the Philippines follow Filipino citizens wherever they go. Simply put, our laws on marriage, family, and the like are attached to Filipinos, regardless of where they are. So, I agree with the member above. Go back here and tie the knot in your homeland. Still, being married there is the same as being married here.

ANother, better visit the consulate because, the country where you are now, might have laws that prohibit visit visa holders to marry without proper authorization.

To be validly married:

1. Of legal age at least 18 years old,
2. If below 21 years old, consent of the parents,
3. If above 21 but below 25 years old, advice of parents, and
4. Marriage license.
