they go through cycles. My daughter came back to them after not eating them for a while. You do not want to add too many things to them, because you would probably not rather promote more salt or sugar in her diet. Possibly try scrambling them with some bacon fat, that worked for us. Otherwise move onto the next protein packed food for this month, and try the eggs again later.

scrambled, boiled, poached. Try a recipe for a dessert. My daughter loves soft boiled eggs, chopped up in a bowl with some butter. I would try not to make a fuss over what she eats, as it is probably just a phase, and the more attention she gets for not eating a certain food, the more she will put her foot down and not eat it. My daughter who is now 3 went through this stage, and sometimes still does, one minute she can't get enough of something the next day, she says she doesn't like it. It's not easy is it?

Eggs can be incorporated into many other foods including pasta bakes ..... but really, at that age, why force the issue, it will only lead to trauma at all meal times. Try to stay aware of what she likes and what she does not like, make a list and add comments such as what you had been cooking when the liking or disliking occurred. I think it is absolute cruelty to force a child to eat something they have gone off. Think of something you do not like, and imagine how you might feel if you were forced to eat it, then perhaps you would understand.
Perhaps she has had to many of them, or developed a sensitivity to them! At 19 month she cannot voice her pain in her tummy or whatever.

Try this.
Fry 2 eggs not too hard. Then take 2 slices of bread and spread it with butter. Turn the bread so that the butter side is on the outside. Put the eggs on one of the non butter sides and put some cheese on it, then cover it with the other slice of bread so that you have a sandwich with the butter on the outside. Put ht bread in a frying pan and fry it both sides till the bread is nice and brown.
Then enjoy

you can make her a cheese omlet or if not just cut some hot dogs and fry them for a bit in butter and then add egge. My daughter went threw this stage for a while though and she's back to eating eggs give it 3months, but don't stop feeding it to her because she would surely give up on eating them.

try scrambling them with some cheese, its the only way my oldest will eat them, but remember that your daughter is at the age where she may change her mind about a lot of things as she develops more and tries to assert her independance thatlittle bit more too... why not try to avoid giving her eggs for a few weeks then re introducing them into her diet and see how that goes

Is there a reason she doesn't eat them anymore? Is it a taste thing or an ethical thing. If she doesn't like the taste they can be used to make more interesting things like custard or quiche. but if she doesn't want to eat them there's no reason why she should needs to as any goodness found in eggs can be got from other sources

French toast! I have yet to meet a child who doesn't love French toast.
Recipe:
Two eggs
Dash of milk
Pinch of salt
Dash of Worcester sauce
Pinch of dried sage
Four slices of day-old bread (I prefer brown)
Teaspoon of sunflower oil
1. Beat all but the bread together.
2. Cut the bread into quarters and soak it in the egg mixture
3. Fry at a medium-hot temperature until puffy and golden brown
If you prefer a sweet mix, replace the dash of Worcester sauce with a dash of maple syrup, and the herbs with cinnamon.

Try egg beaters. I do not enjoy eggs either but when egg beaters are used in omlets etc. I can tolerate them. Especially when you add goodies like mushrooms, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese (white for me), asparagus, and smother it with salsa, it's awesome!
You could also try using egg beaters in french toast.
