I have been taking fruits, for example, today I took like 2 pieces of watermelon and about 4 small strawberries and blended them together with 1 cup of ice and 1/4 cup of 2% milk.

This makes a slush and then I freeze it to make an icy. Then I eat it for breakfest. Does this sound healthy? I sometimes eat a handfull of nuts, should I continue to do this also?

Well, it depends on what you eat for the rest of the day. I usually pack up on staples - bread, cereals, etc. - in the morning, and I don't eat much of that during the afternoon.

It's important to have a good balance of staples, fruits & vegetables and dairy products during the day, so just make sure you have a balanced diet.

You still need fiber and protein. 1/4 Cup of milk is not enough protein and watermelon is 98% sugar (fructose). A better breakfast would be a bowl of oatmeal or whole grain cereal topped with your choice of fruit. A handful of nuts is also good for protein, but you would need that every day, not just sometimes.

i don't see anything wrong with all the healthy foods in your "slush" and the milk ( which milk is a very good idea to do) and nuts add a little different food section which is good because it's a very bad idea to have one food group each time... but since the nuts are with meat and alternatives maybe have a slice of whole wheat brown toast that's very good for you... ( on the days you don't eat nuts or when you do eat nuts..) it's all up to you.. choose what you wish just remember to eat more than one food group.

I'd add a bit more milk, or a quality yogurt, but use full cream, not fat reduced. the fats will slow the the absorption of fruit sugars as well as providing a slow release form of energy itself. I have a fruit smoothie made with kefir, raw milk and coconut oil as part of my breakfast and for lunch most days. This keeps me going all day without feeling hungry. I modify carb intake to manage my weight.

could have extra protein, much less sugar. The yogurt and orange have substantial sugar. perhaps some soy milk particularly of the yogurt? perhaps some peanut butter or soy nut butter on the toast.

Sounds healthy to me. If it holds you until lunch, that is a great breakfast.
