only occasionally do i dream the same dream, more than once. So, its bothering me. Its dumb. here it goes:

i was walking somewhere with a friend of mine... down a road or something to that effect. (i forget where we were going). Then i'm talking to a group of people in a bar that im supposed to know but that i cant remember that i know them.
Then, it's night time and i'm walking past these railroad tracks (like, actually on the tracks for a while)? then i'm walking up this hill trying to get home or somewhere, i'm assuming it was home. And i run into a friend of mine, and we talk for a bit and i kept telling her not to worry (about what IDK) and she kept getting upset that i couldnt remember her? then theres this weird guy thats like following me. Then a person in a car watching me thru my window. But theres some person watching a friend of mine thru the window as well. but they were like 'watching over' if that makes any sense? but the dude was creepy (the following me dude)...

(IRL i'd be freaked if i was being watched thru my window... but in the dream i was only curious as to why and cautious if that makes sense?).
Then my friend buys a tredmil to compete with me? (and i kept saying its not a competition.) and i stop using my tredmil for a bit becasue she kept using hers to compete with me and i was aggrivated.
So we race on foot in a schoolyard.
Then someone says (about my friend) oh she won because she was using her tredmil and you werent. (and i was really upset because she didnt need to win, i did).... so she's laughing at me because she knew i needed to win, she just wanted to?
So im walking away disappointed across this small bridge (like over a stream) ....

and i see another person i know, that i was once kinda sorta good friends with, but had a falling out. She was riding her bicycle. And we talked for like a second, and she said, she knew the other girl cheated, like took shortcuts and didnt actually cross the finish line, but they had let her win; and then she said she was going to help me?, since the other girl cheated to win and i stayed on the course.

and okay this is like long and dumb. but i dreamt it more than once so.... thats why im curious. Any thoughts on it besides its long and stupid?

oh yeah... and it was that she was going to be 'training me' or some crap for another race.... or ?

also... i know that sometimes in dreaming of others we are dreaming of parts of us, but it isnt always the case. it depends on the dream. i guess im going to have to evaluate it more thoroughly. i wouldnt post a dream, except i was curious having the same one more than once.

A "serial dream" means that something is bothering you. Are you afraid of something in your waking life? Only you can determine what the problem really is. Often dreams use symbols to represent other things. It has also been said that all characters in our dreams represent parts of ourselves. In a quiet moment, sit alone and try to determine what the characters and aspects of the dream really represent to you.

You may probably know that psycho-analysis has devoted a lot of time to dream interpretation. According to psycho-analysis, dream analysis provides the clue to and the possibility to decipher the mystery of neurotic disorders, specifically hysteria, and secondly, it opens the road towards the unconscious mind. In Sigmund Freud's view, dreams were all forms of "wish-fulfillment" — attempts by the unconscious mind to resolve a conflict of some sort, whether something recent or something from the recesses of the past. However, because the information in the unconscious is in an unruly and often disturbing form, a "censor" in the preconscious will not allow it to pass unaltered into the conscious. During dreams, the preconscious is more lax in this duty than in waking hours, but is still attentive: as such, the unconscious must distort and warp the meaning of its information to make it through the censorship. As such, images in dreams are often not what they appear to be, according to Freud, and need deeper interpretation if they are to inform on the structures of the unconscious.

If you are having recurrent dreams that indicate a similar thread of events or situations or sensation, it may be worthwhile to go pay a visit to a psychoanalyst. Who knows, there's some thing deep down inside (like your father figure)you that is bothering you. Get it out, or as they say, sublime it!

Best of luck.

Alot of quick cuts. I wonder if you watch alot of music videos. All I can think of is that maybe you worry alot that people see you as aloof (because you are not remembering the people in your dreams).
