Ok, for a while, I wasn't able to see out of half of my right eye, for about an hour. Now I can see again, and I can see again. But now I cannot read hardly at all. I can talk, and event type coherently, at least I think so. But I cannot read coherently very well at all.
I can't even read simple words. For example, I have struggled for a long time to read simple words like "at" or "grow". I have to read VERY slowly to make sense at all even to understand.
For example, I was reading over my own what I am writing now, and I read "all" as if it said "law". The word "right" I thought said "side." I thought "present" in a book said "beside." And I stared at it for a long time, and still thought that is what it said, until I realized it didn't make sense.
I am not on any drugs, or anything. This just started this morning when I woke up. All my family is asleep. Will I get better or should I wake them up to go to the doctor?

It may be helpful if you could clarify if you are having trouble reading the words because of a cognition/mentation problem or just a visual problem. Meaning, are you having trouble THINKING and processing the words or are you just having problems seeing the words? If the latter, it could be something as simple as an occular migraine or worse like detached retina. If it is the former and your brain is feeling "cloudy", I would suggest getting to the ER.
How old are you?
Any medical history?

Heron, you need to seek urgent medical attention if you haven't already.
Transient partial blindness is a serious symptom, and suggests that a preventable stroke could be on the way. Problems making sense of written or spoken words can also suggest a stroke. You might also have an eye problem like a detatching retina.
Migraines can also cause your symptoms, but you need to be checked out for more serious possible causes.
Please wake your family up and ask them to get you to medical help.
Now.

By now, I hope you have been to a medical facility and have received an examination. Based on your question, I would say you had a mini stroke. Vision problems, cognitive errors (not being able to read) are all symptoms of a TIA ( transient ischemic attack)
You may also experience a partially detached retina which would account for the vision problem, but not for the cognitive trouble you are having.
The effects may disappear and you'll never have to deal with it again, but you MUST see a doctor about this.
Good luck!
The sources below are scary sites but worth reading.

Well I would guess a mild stroke, but you'd be in a lot worse shape now if you had just had a stroke. One of your cranial nerves may also be malfunctioning for some unknown reason (probably cranial nerve II, your optic nerve). Nonetheless I would go to the doctor (or ideally, the ER) as soon as possible, just to make sure.
These are just guesses on my part, I'm not a doctor.

My first thought on reading your report was a mild stroke. I am also wondering if you are diabetic and not diagnosed. .
Considering all the possibilities, some very serious, you need to get to a doctor for an exam without delay; and have your eyes checked.

It sounds like you might have had a small stroke. I would not waste any time getting to a doctor, even the ER if necessary. Damage from a stroke is corrected more easily the earlier it is treated.

Go wake them up, seriously, you may have a brain clot or something,
on a much lesser un-serious note, you may have grown retarted. Get some smart pills. Take two and call me whenever.
honestly. GET TO A DOC ASAP"S
