A college professor asked this question in class and it changed my life. She pointed out, that we have to work backwards from the goal. If my goal is to leave a legacy, then I have to work backwards from that goal, planning a path to obtain that result. Now, in almost everything I do, because of that question, I work backways - and it has been the most effective strategy for my life ever since.

LOL, well, most likely I wouldn't hear them say anything. However, I would hope that people would say that I was kind and thoughtful, a woman after God's own heart, and that I led a good life. I would also hope that they would say that I had a good LONG life.

I'd wanna hear "He was a good guy, funny, loyal, and smart."

What'd I'd probably here is:
"Thank God that jack-*** is dead. I can't believe he lasted this long. "

"At least the explosion was kinda neat."

I would like my son to say "she did a great job and I love her so much"
That's all I would need.
bonus points: my sister saying " Why did I have to be such a c*nt to her?!" (while sobbing)

I want to hear them say

He was good to his family, he was a good friend, he was honest and loyal. he lived a good life.

and did it all with out any gods or goddesses.

then they set my boat adrift on the open sea...and torch it.

P1: It's said one should say nothing but good of the dead.

P2: He's dead. Good.

(Many of my "fans" already feel this way, I can usally feel the love flowing)

He's always playing practical jokes. He's standing at the back seeing who came so he can rewrite his will
