It is hard to despise someone who is kind to you, especially when you wrong them, and they maintain the integrity to be good to you anyway. Why not try it?

Yes, even the hardest person is effected by an act of kindness. You might not see the results rite away but it will help.

I agree, even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference to that person, especially if that person looks to you as a 'typical christian' because your example can stay with them for life.
It gives you the warm fuzzy feeling too.
I dont do it for that reason though, I just find that it brings me closer to God. Dont know why.

Kindness with ulterior motives isn't kindness, it's shrewd manipulation. Why not be kind because it's the right thing to do, except to the tyrant, liar, or thief? For them kindness is mistakenly understood to mean that we have been duped. Still, I have no objection to someone being kind to me, hoping I will come to understand something they see that I don't.

With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.JESUS loves u and wants u to be saved.

There are people who enjoy a life of unrestrained frustration and whom like to lash out at others. For the life of me, I can't understand why anyone would prefer to behave in such a manner.
