Try Bio-Oil it is such a good product, get from any chemist, or Boots its a bit on the expensive side but its well worth it. My sister tried it on her stretch marks after she gave birth and the effects were amazing.

Stretch marks are common. To get rid of them is not so simple but not so hard either. If you want a less expensive method, try creams and products that removes stretch marks. Using that method sometimes, takes a long period to get rid the marks. A faster way is to consult a doctor and ask what treatment you could get to rid the strecth marks. Some use chemicals peel or lasers, come doctors use creams too, but their creams are much expensive.

try vit E and C apply directly... in the end all topicals will have some sort of concentration of this as their active ingredient, its much cheaper if u just skip the empty aromatizers etc and apply it direct in a higher dose as well
