It does suppress my appetite, so that I just do not feel hungry, hence, I may not eat until I suddenly feel nauseous from not eating. That mya explain your weight loss.

It gives me energy, in that, I feel like doing all the tasks I have at hand. Rather than being confused and not knowing where to begin, it's like my body is saying, "Go, go, go!" and all the tasks of the day are lined up and ready to be knowcked out one by one. Rather than feeling like I'm in a fog, I feel clear and able to attack each thing that needs to be done. I am more productive and focused when I take my Adderall.

I do not take it all the time... rather, I stagger it out (to make it last) and mainly take it only on days when I am working.

Adderall is for ADHD. It is a form of stimulant which acts inversely on people with ADHD--it actually calms them down and makes them focus. However, since it is a stimulant, it can have the potential of also being an appetite suppressant. It can also give you more energy. With less appetite and more activity, this can actually make you lose weight, I suppose.
