Sex outside of marriage is wrong. One of the ten commandments is Thou shalt not commit adultery/fornication. It was God who made sex and those commandments are for our own protection and for the good of our relationship. If we break the commandment, then he cannot put his blessing upon the relationship and we bring a curse upon ourselves. Now you can rebel and sin against God's word and seemingly get away with it right up until the time of your death, but there are consequences, which you will face on the judgment day when you stand before God. People may "change" as some of the posters here claim............ but the Word of God does not ever change. Another person said "you wouldn't buy a car without trying it out would you?" Well, hon, I have a heart that can be broken, and we all know that an automobile doesn't have a heart. I have "feelings," but a car does not have feelings. And btw, when was the last time you had sex with a car!! [heh, heh] That analogy is absurd. When you wait until after the marriage ceremony to begin your sexual activity, it creates solid trust between a man and a woman. Your marriage has a better foundation. You'll not be faced with an unwanted pregnancy. And from a woman's perspective, she'll know that the man really does love and respect her. That in turn will increase her respect and trust in him. I could say a lot more but I'll leave room for the next person's opinion.....

Sex before marriage is extremly wrong! Against the Bible if you want to know the truth, it is a mistake that many kids, teens, and adults, CHOOSE to make (unless they're raped) that is unwilling sex. If your going to make this mistake for the hell of it then you will completly ruin your life! If your truly in love with this person and you think your ready...and your willing to make this mistake...have at it! But PLEASE for your own sake make sure you love them because it will bite you in the a** if you don't! Hope this helped. Good luck, god is with you!

Hi, In my opinion NO it is not. Why not see if you are really good mates in intercourse if you are not this can and well become a very BIG PROBLEM in your marriage. If you wait until you get marry and things just don't work out in the sex department you will probably end up in Divorce Court.

Not since the 1930s, when it was considered dubious.

You test drive the car before you buy it, don't you? An unsatifying sexual dynamic in a marriage can lead to divorce or mental problems that ultimately impact children.

yes i think it is, because sex is suppose to be a sign of love. Not animal instinct. And love doesn't increase with the amount of lovers, but it wastes away. So it's best to give it to one person and not waste it away on people who were not meant to hold your hand all throughout life.

its best to wait... you protect your self and your partner from STD's and it shows how much you truley love someone. It will also create a better marriage because the only loving you know is your partners, and won't want anyone else's.

Hope it helps.

I don't think so. Though I'm married I don't believe in marriage. I could give my reasons but won't.

No, because first of all... I'm agnostic, what goes, goes.
Second, sex is sex... Reproduction...
Third, if you love someone before you marry them then why can't you have sex with them? Exactly

Do whatever you want, but of course it differs from person to person because of how they were raised and what their morals are.
