How many good people are out there?

Ok now this is starting to become unnerving, are there really that many bad people out in this world?? Every turn i take seems like someone is doing something to hurt other people. Doesnt anyone believe in God's teachings and utilize them in their daily life? Is there no one that believes oral sex and multiple sex partners is Evil and wrong?? Doesnt anyone else feel as American society has accepted pornography and other evils? Everywhere you go you see females wearing clothes that show their breasts and their buttocks, doesnt anyone else think that this is immoral?? Where are all the moral people??? Doesnt anyone else believe homosexuality is Evil and wrong??

I am not being technical, as far as sex and homosexuality is concerned it is immoral read the bible. if your not a religious person or a spiritual person you should not answer this question. You have no grounds and your not wanted here, you are the kind that sits on the fence. Either you have morals or you dont, at least the one person that answered this question was very technical about it.

For the female who talks of people dying, if people are dying it is because of Evil and Bad people. Hence the relevance of this question, I have killed none of these people you speak of. I witness what i have described in my question, should someone be getting killed in front of me I would intervene on their behalf

Mr.Z I agree with you and I even apreciate your question. America to the world is a highly Christian populated nation but at the same time it represent all you wrote there in your question and even leagalised the gay marriage(what a shame)

my answer is that there are millions of Good poeple living around for the faith of Christ and I am one of them. you are one of them( when you had this question you are already a goody person)

Please tell me how to determine, specifically, if a person is "good". The criteria you provide above are somewhat vague and difficult to see externally, other than the mode of dress you describe.

What does a "moral person" look like? Are they only the people that think, believe, behave, dress, etc. as you do? Can you see into a persons' heart or soul and see this evil you describe?

Just because >you< believe something to be 'immoral' doesn't make it so, nor does believe in the words of the Bible. It's a book, written by men, intent on controlling other men through guilt and fear, propagated on the premise that they alone knew what God's thoughts were and what God's will was. You can believe as you wish, just don't force your morality on me, I have already had enough shoved at me by the government legislating it into my life.

in this world there are many good people, in fact i think that there is good in everyone but not all decide to use it.

many who dont believe in gods teachings do live by many of those rules as most like to be good people, i am not a christian even tho i was brought up with religion rammed down my throat but i live my life trying to be a good person and a better person. my children all have manners and are well liked by all for their politeness and attitudes, a rare thing in their school today.

as for sex, multiple partners are the individuals choice and regardless of our opinions nothing will change that, and many do actually practise safe sex. as for oral sex being evil and wrong, well all i can say is that you obviously have not experienced it yet or you wouldnt be saying that.

as for what women wear? how about we ask why it is ok for men to walk around in shorts with no shirts on but women cant do the same? why men can be almost naked and called hunks but if woman does it they are supposidly "asking for it?"

i wear mainly suits every day but at times i do wear short dresses that show off a large part of my legs, but you deft can not see my lingerie, and i very rarely show my cleavage, it has happened on occasions accidentally, what i feel is wrong is that anyone has the right to judge anyone for doing what they want to do.

as for homosexuality, its not my choice but what right do we have to say what is right or wrong?

my grandmother used to say the following, ""people in glass houses should not throw stones" and also "if your slate is clean then you can cast stones, if not then leave alone"

There are far more important issue to deal with than people's sex lives and apparel. People are dying, for god's sake, over stupid material possessions and greed. Get your priorities straight. There is an entire planet out there crying out for justice, unity and peace. What are you doing to contribute? Decrying trivialities?

The only one who is wrong here is you. Gods laws shouldent be put on people. Their freedoms mean alot to them and you just want to see them unhappy by taking them away. Back in the Old Testament days, people would get murdered for these acts. We dont want it anymore, so dont bring it back. If our world were to change according to Gods laws, I would fight every breath for my and their freedom until the day I die.
