In fact, there are in the market, mixtures of both, and/or acetaminophen plus Ibuprophen (300mg +200 mg).
and combinations of Aspirin plus Ibuprofen (Brand name Calestia, by Europharma) or Salbuphen (Sanfer Medical Products)
The danger is gastritis, if taken with an empty stomach, but the mixture itself does not cause harm, as long as you dont go above the recomended dose (one tablet with each meal or also two tablets per day)....
If you already suffer from gastritis, or are suffering from ulcer, dont use them...it can make them worse..
Poisoning from that?...in recomended doses,,,no way.
Recomended by your personal physician?
Even less so....

You may as long as it is taken with right timing. It is said thatt those who are using ibuprofen for pain relief should do so at least 30 minutes after immediate-release aspirin taken for cardioprotective or stroke-protection, or at least eight hours before taking immediate-release aspirin.
One study of naproxen and low-dose aspirin has suggested naproxen may interfere with aspirin's anti-platelet activity when they are co-administered. So for best safety, better to avoid mixing both if possible. Know the timing of taking if you are really in neeed to have both.

It is not a good practice, however, for short term use, I believe it is alright. Then again, if you have some heart, or liver problems, you may want to stay away from the mix... from my own personal medical issues.
