try this website, I've found it very helpful to myself in the past with diagnosing my kids. If you can't find her symptoms on here, then take her to a doctor for a looksee.

could be an old fashioned stomach ache. but if she is still in pain by morning, call the Dr. (if it gets bad all night then go to the ER.) good luck to you, it is unsettling when your child is in discomfort.

I would recommend that the pediatrician evaluate the situation further to see what they think could be going on.

could be constipation
