Oolong tea contains more polyphenols than black or green tea. Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants that protect you against different health problems and diseases. Besides they enhance the metabolism to speed up weight loss and improves overall skin tone. A cup of oolong tea has nearly 50% less caffeine than a cup of coffee.

Green tea is good, it does not have too caffeine . Any herbal tea is nice too, especially hibiscus and honey, yummy.
Other suggestions:
Japanese green tea is refreshing since it has added toasted rice, and grains, so it smells good.
Miso soup , diluted with some green seaweed will also be nice for a very light tea and snack.
Hot water with lemon and honey will also stop any hunger pangs.
