What do you mean by doesn't know you exist. You mean doesn't even know you or does know you but doesnt' really look at you?
If it's the first then weird but maybe you should introduce yourself before you think you love someone.
The second, talk to her, see if she wants to go out for coffee, drink, movie etc. Don't expect her to be a mind reader.

if this person is someone you know, lives in the same neighborhood as you do, you have easy access of (like a co-worker or schoolmate or neighbor).. you can just approaching this person start a conversation. or you can ask a friend of yours who might know that person to initiate an introduction between the two of you. just make sure that you look presentable enough cause if you look threatening or something that might scare the person.

I doubt what that person is feeling is actually love. It's probably infatuation.
Still, s/he needs to meet the person they have feelings for. S/he should find a way to approach the person and say hello. Eventually they should strike up a conversation and make plans to meet for coffee or lunch.

make them know you exist. start a convo with them or something. i had a similar situation where i had noticed this guy but had never spoken to him before and i just couldn't get him outta my mind, so i worked up all my courage lol and just went up to him and started talkin. Yeah, it was pretty scary and kinda embarrassing, but i gave him my number and he txted me bak, so it worked! but now i feel like he doesn't even no i'm alive coz its gone complicated and i dunno wats goin on but at least he DOES know im alive, even if he doesn't seem to adknowledge the fact.

I will go to her and make a conversation with her. How else can I do to make her notice that I am sincerely love her and want to know her. Then you can know her better and also she will know you better and she may get to like you afterwards. Good luck mate. Conversation is the key.

the fact that you feel what you feel is wonderful, but that's only the beginning. you haven't started anything, 'cause you're not sharing the love you're feeling. i would suggest you to get to know that person more and that person's gotta get to know you as well.

Remember, if they don't acknowledge you, you probably don't know them THAT well, so it might not be the worst thing in the world to let things work themselves out.
